Presented by Precision Athletica, this interactive session aims to educate and empower female athletes to understand their bodies and prioritise their health to train and perform at their best.
Participants will learn about specific warm up exercises suited to female athletes, gain an understanding of female physiology differs from males and what this means for your journey as an athlete, as well as the foundations of nutrition specifically tailored for the female body.
