Dreamstate Australia has announced electronic music icon Tiësto as the first headliner for its 2027 festival, with the Dutch DJ set to perform an exclusive trance-focused set at Sydney Showground on 6 February 2027.
The performance marks a rare return to the genre that launched Tiësto’s international career, giving fans the opportunity to experience a dedicated trance set from one of the world’s most influential electronic music artists.
Known for helping shape the global trance movement before becoming one of dance music’s biggest crossover stars, Tiësto will headline what organisers have described as the festival’s biggest Australian edition yet, featuring immersive production and a lineup spanning multiple generations of trance music.
