Whispers are now official, Tame Impala is coming home. Led by Kevin Parker, the genre-bending music project will bring the Deadbeat Tour to Australia this October, marking Parker’s first full national run since The Slow Rush era.
Fresh from winning his first solo Grammy earlier this year for “End of Summer,” Parker will bring his acclaimed new album Deadbeat to arena stages across Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth. The tour follows a major international run through North America and Europe, cementing his long-awaited return to Australian audiences.
Due to overwhelming demand during presales, additional shows have already been announced in multiple cities, including a second Sydney performance at Qudos Bank Arena on 20 October, alongside the originally scheduled 19 October concert.
Joining Tame Impala across all Australian dates is ARIA-winning electronic producer Ninajirachi, promising an immersive arena experience combining psychedelic soundscapes, electronic energy and large-scale visuals.
