The Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre will once again welcome Australia’s leading swimmers when it hosts the 2027 Australian Swimming Trials from Monday 31 May to Saturday 5 June 2027.
The six-day event will bring together Australia’s leading Olympic and Paralympic swimmers as they compete for selection for the 2027 World Aquatics Championships in Budapest. The competition is expected to feature some of Australia’s biggest swimming names, following the success of the 2026 Trials at the venue.
The Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre has a long-standing connection with Australian swimming, having hosted major competitions and Olympic Trials since opening in 1994. More than 40 world records have been set at the venue, reinforcing its reputation as one of the world’s fastest pools.
Supported by the NSW Government through the NSW Office of Sport, the 2027 Trials will also be broadcast live and free on the Nine Network, providing national exposure for Sydney Olympic Park and its world-class sporting facilities.
