Qudos Bank Arena has marked a significant milestone, announcing it sold its 15 millionth ticket during the sold-out Sydney concert by Linkin Park.
Originally opened in 1999 as the Sydney SuperDome, Qudos Bank Arena has spent more than two decades hosting global touring artists, major sporting events and large-scale entertainment productions. The venue also played a key role during the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, staging basketball, gymnastics and trampolining events.
Today, the arena remains one of Australia’s leading live entertainment venues, regularly attracting international touring acts and major sporting events. In 2025, it was ranked among the Top 5 live music venues in the world by Billboard, reflecting its continued influence on the global touring circuit.
With more than 120 events hosted each year and thousands of staff involved in delivering these experiences, the milestone reflects the enduring popularity of live entertainment at Sydney Olympic Park and the millions of fans who have passed through the arena’s doors since it opened.
