Now available, the menu showcases five signature dishes that blend bold Thai-inspired flavours with contemporary Australian dining. Highlights include Watermelon Larb, Scallop & Ginger, Sai Oua Sausage, Freshly Shucked Oysters & Coconut, and Fish & Green Chilli.

Chef Nat, whose culinary career spans Australia, Thailand and internationally renowned kitchens, has designed the collection to deliver a fresh and distinctive dining experience across Pullman hotels throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
