Nashville country star Megan Moroney will return to Australia in 2027 with her The Cloud 9 Tour, including a Sydney performance at Afterpay Arena, Sydney Olympic Park, on Tuesday 11 May 2027.

The arena show marks a significant step up from Moroney’s previous Australian visit in 2025, when she made her Australian debut with an appearance at Ridin’ Hearts Festival and a Brisbane headline show that sold out within minutes.

The tour follows the release of Moroney’s third studio album, Cloud 9, earlier this year. The album includes tracks including 6 Months Later, Beautiful Things and Wish I Didn’t, with guest appearances from Ed Sheeran and Kacey Musgraves. It follows her breakthrough 2023 debut album Lucky, which featured the five-times Platinum single Tennessee Orange.

Moroney will be joined in Sydney by fellow Nashville artist Laci Kaye Booth, whose recent releases include Luck Of The Draw. Booth has also made her Grand Ole Opry debut and has toured alongside artists including Moroney.
