Stadiums are fast becoming big business for the country’s leading chefs and hospitality groups, with Matt Moran getting in on the mega venues.
The chef and Solotel restaurateur has been appointed culinary ambassador of Accor Stadium.
“I’m looking forward to sharing my food philosophy with the chefs who cater for such large numbers of guests at every event,” says Moran.
“At the heart of everything I do is a passion for quality produce that is fresh and seasonal, and I’m excited by the challenge of bringing my food philosophy to life at this fantastic venue.”
Moran and his team will bring a produce-driven culinary approach to the stadium via bespoke menus for corporate and member experiences as well as to the wider food offering found in general admission areas.
