Over 80 per cent of the new lettable area of the building is committed. The largest tenant, NSW Rural Fire Service, have committed to an initial lease term of 12 years followed by an option period of 10 years. Complemented by a café and childcare centre, this leaves one floor of 3,000sqm available.
The campus features large efficient floor plates (3,000sqm), and has a 5 Star Green Design, and 5 Star NABERS Energy and Water rating. The building includes best in class end-of-trip facilities with bike storage and lockers, and parking for 240 vehicles.
