Sydney Olympic Park Authority has opened Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a future school site, marking a key step in delivering the vision of the Sydney Olympic Park Master Plan 2050.
Supported by Property and Development NSW, the two-stage process invites developers, education providers, and investors to help shape a major new community asset within the growing precinct.
Located on Sarah Durack Avenue, the 18,801sqm site presents a rare opportunity in the heart of Sydney Olympic Park. With no heritage constraints and planning controls supporting education and childcare uses, the site offers flexibility for a high-quality, future-focused development.
Early planning indicates the site could accommodate a school for between 660 and 1,540 students, supporting the needs of a rapidly expanding population.
CEO Neisha D’Souza said the release reflects the strong momentum across the precinct and its long-term vision. “This is a genuine opportunity to create something special- a school and environment that grows with the community,” she said.
The site’s central location offers strong connections to future mass transit, public open spaces and key destinations, reinforcing its role in shaping a vibrant, people-focused neighbourhood.
Expressions of Interest are open till Saturday 9 June 2026.
