ENGIE Stadium has set a new attendance record after hosting two sold‑out, Australian‑exclusive Bad Bunny concerts across the weekend, drawing close to 90,000 fans and reinforcing its status as one of the country’s leading live entertainment venues.

The back-to-back sellout concerts made Bad Bunny’s DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS World Tour the most significant touring event ever staged at the venue, reinforcing its growing reputation as a destination for world-class international artists.

Darryl Jeffrey, Sydney Showground General Manager, said the result reflects both the strength of the venue and the evolution of Sydney’s stadium market.

“To host two sold-out Bad Bunny concerts, exclusively in Australia, is a landmark moment for ENGIE Stadium. It demonstrates the confidence global promoters and artists have in our venue and in our ability to deliver major international events at scale,” Jeffrey said.

“For a concert of Bad Bunny’s scale, ENGIE Stadium offered the perfect balance of atmosphere and intimacy. Wherever you stood in the audience, you were part of the party – and that’s what makes our venue so unique.”

The success of the shows not only delivered a major cultural moment for Sydney but also demonstrated the city’s increasing pull for global touring artists.

“These events are about more than just two nights of incredible performances,” Jeffrey said. “They signal that ENGIE Stadium is firmly established as a venue capable of delivering global-tier moments and that there is demand for large international acts here in Sydney.

“As Sydney’s only independent stadium, we operate with agility and a partnership-first mindset. That independence allows us to tailor commercial models, collaborate closely with promoters, and move decisively in a competitive touring environment – ultimately delivering a world-class experience fit for a world-class performer.”

ENGIE Stadium has continued to build momentum in recent years, expanding its major event portfolio across international concerts, professional sport, and large-scale entertainment experiences such as Good Things, Knockout Outdoor, Green Day and Pearl Jam.

The DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS World Tour caps off ENGIE Stadium’s most successful run of international events to date, with more exciting events on the horizon.
