The specially curated Mother’s Day menu ($125pp) features a vibrant selection of shared dishes, from hummus with crispy chickpeas and South Coast tuna with tahini, to king prawns with chilli miso butter and Black Angus rib eye with chimichurri. Sides include crispy potatoes with French onion dip and radicchio salad, followed by a roasted banana and miso mousse for dessert.
