Sydney Prices Not Expected to Fall

Over the past 3 weekends, Sydney Auction Clearances have been on the decline, with increasing City and East suburbs properties passing in. But as much as buyers hope for a price drop, there simply aren’t enough properties for sale to have that happen.

While the weekend’s result was weak, there were buyers at the majority of auctions on the weekend and offers were made, but “in some cases, the vendors weren’t prepared to accept those offers”.

RAS Gives Back to Rural NSW

The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW (RAS) invests approximately $7 million annually in competitions and programs that support sustainable agricultural development in NSW and educate the community about food, fibre and farming. In addition, with its RAS Foundation, the RAS provides grants and scholarships to help rural Australians realise their potential through education, make a difference in their community and achieve their career ambitions. Since the Foundation was established in 2007, it has provided over $2.864 million worth of grant funding to rural communities in NSW.

The Country Comes to the City … for High School Students and Teachers

Sydney Showground Steps Up for 15 July Mega Day

Contributing to the Mega Day on 15 July; Sydney Showground is hosting The Man Cave Experience and the GWS Giants vs Sydney Swans cross-town derby.

The Man Cave Experience is expected to bring 35,000 visitors over 2 days to lose themselves in the wonderful world of cars, bikes, fishing rods, bar accessories, tools and so much more! If it goes in the shed, the bar or on the back of the ute – you will probably find it in the Man Cave Experience. Running all day on Saturday and Sunday (15-16 July), the inaugural Man Cave Experience promises to deliver everything a man could want… under one roof… in The Dome.

The Innovation Games at Sydney Olympic Park during National Science Week – 20 August 2017

Companies, organisations and individuals are invited to become involved in The Innovation Games, 20 August, 11:00am to 3:30pm. This is new unique National Science Week event at Sydney Olympic Park, supported by Inspiring Australia and part of the Sydney Science Festival.

Spaces will be provided for free along with access to 20,000 to-30,000 people in the lead up to an NRL Game at the Park that day. The event itself is free to the public and we are promoting this widely. A partner prospectus is attached.
