The biggest ever revitalisation of Sydney Olympic Park hit a milestone on the 29 August 2018, with the NSW Planning Minister announcing approval for the next stage of Sydney Olympic Park’s Master Plan 2030.

A blueprint guiding the growth and sustainable development of the Sydney Olympic Park suburb, Master Plan 2030 combines the best of world class sporting and entertainment infrastructure with new homes, jobs and parklands to benefit people and business in the heart of global Sydney.

Sydney Olympic Park Authority is seeking responses to an open tender to lease 1,500sqm retail floor space suitable for a supermarket and ancillary retail business situated within the new Pavilions by Mirvac development at 2 Figtree Drive.

The site is currently under development and will deliver a total of 705 apartments across four residential buildings in a high profile, easily accessible location with frontage onto Australia Avenue.
