New Pedestrian Bridge a Step Closer to Linking Bicentennial Park to Town Centre

A new pedestrian land bridge deck has been set in place to provide an incredible new entrance to Bicentennial Park.

The bridge is a collaboration project between Sydney Olympic Park Authority and Ecove, with Ecove delivering this piece of infrastructure as part of its 390-unit residential development Opal Towers.

With the project anticipated to be complete mid year, the 13m wide bridge will provide a spectacular entrance to Bicentennial Park and a crucial connection between this expansive green space and the urban town centre.

The land bridge installation can be witnessed in this short timelapse video.
